The short version: your answers stay in your browser. We do not run accounts, and the free scan sends nothing about you to us.

What stays on your device
Your answers, the tasks you tick, your pay band and any LinkedIn text you paste are processed in your browser. Your answers are saved in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off; you can clear them with "Start over" or by clearing your browser data. None of it is sent to us.
What we receive
- Visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
- Purchases. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, country and order details. We use them to deliver the plan, answer support requests, process refunds, and send one follow-up question 90 days after purchase, which you can ignore. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers the checkout.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer it.
We never sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting. Support emails are deleted two years after the last message. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing hello@stillindemand.com. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commission; in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
